How to get rid of plaque and tartar from dogs teeth?

Dogs often aren’t subject to plaque and tartar on their teeth. But, ones their teeth has such stubborn depositions, it is really important to take good care of the teeth to get rid of it. Since, these depositions initially need cleansing, therefore, start off with cleaning your dog's teeth.

Brushing is an important step. But, brushing only leads to degradation in the plaque. Tartar remains unaffected by brushing. For tartar, you need to consult your dog's dentist. He will cleanse the teeth and polish them all over again. This process of dental cleansing is known as prophylaxis or prophy. Even after this process daily cleaning shouldn't be stopped cause plaque and tartar may appear all over again.
