How does physical activity improve your mood ?

Hi,

I always see people talking about physical activities and their good impact on health and mood of person, I do regular physical activities thinking that it will improve my mood, but strangely it happens opposite to what people talk, when I do exercise i feel irritated and at times i become agitated too.


Please guide and tell me how can i extract positive's of physical activities done by me and do tell me how does physical activity improve your mood ?
