What is on the inside of a cyst?

A doctor needs to check the cyst to figure out if it should be sent the lab for a nearer examination. As we cut into it, we can see an external layer that resembles a tough skin. This is the part that has shaped the "balloon" that is holding the substance inside. A cyst is an unusual, shut sac-like structure inside a tissue that contains a fluid, vaporous, or semisolid substance."

In case it is loaded with a thick wet substance inside that nearly looks like soured hollandaise sauce, so "semisolid" fits the description. It would appear that hardened fat, at any rate to us.
